In addition to our market-rate apartments, a portion of our homes are reserved for Mixed-Income apartments. The program is based on 80% and 140% of the median area income for the county. Please review the chart below to determine eligibility.

What Is Needed to Qualify?
- Completed application for each household member 18 years of age and older
- Income verification based on the percentage AMI listed above

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Apartments will be monitored for compliance with applicable income and eligibility requirements and are subject to other restrictions. Residents are subject to annual recertification.
